- Since the third quarter of 2018, Microsoft Surface is among the top five PC manufacturers in its US market. The group sold slightly over 600.000 units between July and September of 2018. This corresponds to a market share of over four percent. But even Microsoft was not able to escape the general price decline: within one year the device lost around one-fifth of its value.

“How can I insure my new Microsoft Surface?”
Simply select the applicable price range of your Microsoft Surface as well as your desired contract term. Apart from damage protection, you can add an optional theft protection in order to get your tablet fully covered. Subsequently you will need to specify your name, address, email address and product serial number. The insurance certificate will then be emailed to you.
“How long is the contract term for my Microsoft Surface insurance with simplesurance?”
Your insurance expires automatically after your chosen term. You do not have to terminate the contract and it will also not be extended automatically. However, before the contract expires, you can easily extend your device insurance for another 12 months online.
“My Microsoft Surface is damaged. What do I need to do?”
You can easily report any damages via our website. After filling out the report form, you will be emailed a dispatch note. With this you can send your faulty Microsoft Surface free of charge to one of our certified repair shops. It will be returned to you as soon as possible.
In case of theft, the process is almost the same. Instead of covering the repair, we will usually reimburse the purchase price of a new device.
