Right of revocation

You may revoke your contract within a period of 14 days without stating any reasons. The period begins after you have received the insurance certificate and the terms of the contract including the Terms and Conditions of insurance.

To exercise your right of revocation, you have to inform us

of your decision to revoke the contract by a clear statement (e.g. by letter, fax or email). You may use the attached model revocation form. However, this is not obligatory.

In order to keep the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of the exercise of the right of revocation before expiration of the revocation period.

Consequences of revocation

After receipt of the valid revocation, insurance cover ceases and we shall refund the full premium to you. Amounts to be refunded will be remitted without undue delay,within a period of 30 days.

Special notes

Your right of revocation lapses if both you, and we have fulfilled the contract before you have exercised your right of revocation, as well as in the event of registeration of a damage claim.
